Having suffered from glandular flare ups over the past 10 years I have never felt the benefit of naturopathy until I had a lymphatic massage with Erin. She helped to explain the systems within my body and gave me valuable nutritional advise on how I could build up my immune system and better my day to day diet to give me more energy.

I’ve been running for years, and as a result, have the flexibility of a spoon! I started Erin’s yoga sessions , aspiring to gain back some flexibility and core strength. Not only have I succeeded in both these areas, but I have also found a new level of calm and escapism I have been craving (especially this year).
Erins teaching style is fun and inviting, so you don’t feel like you’ve not achieved by not being able to complete a movement or pose- just challenged for next time. At the end of Erin’s sessions, you leave feeling refreshed, reflective and in the moment. The tools obtained during Erin’s lessons are invaluable for tackling poor mental health, anxiety or finding a sanctuary in everyday life. The best part- my running has improved! My legs feel stronger, my body feels lighter, and most importantly, my mind feels clearer.

I had a lymphatic drainage massage with Erin after feeling really run down and struggling with anxiousness and poor sleep. Erin was really thorough and knowledgable, explaining the method behind the technique - the benefits of which I actually felt over that night. On top of that Erin’s space is relaxing making the whole experience really comfortable, which was important for me.
